What GRC says: 2007-08: Walsh was brought in to provide some energy and a physical presence, and did a good job of that until he became a defensive liability and was eventually dispatched to the ECHL for more seasoning.
2006-07: Walsh continues to make a name for himself in the ECHL with his improved play. He posted 11-6-6-12-10 in February, his best month of the season, including his first pro hat trick. The young power forward should be able to turn a strong finish into an AHL job next season.
2005-06: A budding young power forward, Walsh has the skills to be an impact player. The question will be whether he can make the team out of training camp with so much competition up front. |
