What GRC says: 2007-08: After a good start on the ice, Ryno fell victim to the differences off the ice, and returned to Sweden. Things did not go well for the huge forward upon returning home as he notched a paltry 2 goals in 30 games in the SEL. It is believed he will be brought back over next season for another try at North America, but it remains to be seen whether that will happen.
Fall 2007: A huge Winger with a good skill set, Ryno is a "Project" player the wings are hoping to develop. He could have a great camp and step right into the Grand Rapids lineup like his fellow Swede, Jonathan Ericsson did last season, or he could be several years away from crossing the pond. |
