| The Detroit Prospects team featured a pretty high profile trio as the top line with rookie phenom Dylan Larkin up front with speedster Andreas Athanasiou and sniper Anthony Mantha. The line was dominant at times and all three made their NHL debuts during the regualr season. Evgeni Svechnikov and Tomas Nosek also were standout players up front for the Wings. On the backend Joe Hicketts, Vili Saarijarvi and Robbie Russo drew rave reviews for their level of play. With the exception of enforcer Evan Polei, a crowd favorite after a brutal fight, none of the free agent camp invitee's showed much during the tournament. Marc McNulty missed the tournament due to a broken foot. |
